1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing or using our website and any services provided by Maxkinon constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations. Web and application development. Digital marketing. Other related products and services. All services are carried out provided they are available and specific conditions agreed to with the client. We can withdraw or cease to provide any service or product without notice at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree by becoming a Maxkinon client:
To furnish us with accurate and complete information when using our services.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Use our services only for lawful purposes.
Pay all charges and fees agreed within the stipulated timeframe.
You shall also ensure that information and content provided for your website or project do not infringe any third party’s rights, or any laws.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and material provided by Maxkinon shall be owned by Maxkinon, except in which an agreement is made otherwise. You are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our written permission.
All the content you have generated, however, remains your property. Upon sharing the same with us, you grant a license to use, reproduce and modify it for the sole purpose of completing the project or service you have engaged us for.
5. Payments and Billing
All service charges will be paid within the agreed schedule. Razorpay, Stripe and PayPal are okay channels of payment. Any form of non-payment or delayed payment may lead to suspension or termination of services.
We may adjust our charges and fees as we deem fit. However changes will not affect any on-going projects.
6. Cancellation and Termination
Either party is free to terminate a continuing service provided with a written notice to the other party. If you cancel a service before its completion, you will have to pay for the work done up to the date of termination. Deposits or payments made can sometimes not be refunded as explained in our Refund Policy.
We may terminate your service if you fail to observe any of the conditions set above and/or fail to meet any of your obligations. No refund of such services or projects shall be given to you where service or project work has not been completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maxkinon, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website. We also make no warranties, express or implied, as to the quality, accuracy, or reliability of our services or the content of our website.

Our website may provide links to other websites. We use them for your convenience and information. We have no control over, do not endorse and are not responsible for the availability or contents of these sites, or for any viruses or malwares which may be transmitted to you via such third party sites.
