Refund Policy

At Maxkinon, we are committed to delivering outstanding products and services. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are ready to help. We encourage you to review our refund policy thoroughly to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for select services or products under certain circumstances. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following must be true:

  • The product or service is unused or not as described.

  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or transaction details).

  • Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered or completed (e.g. design work, custom development or consulting services).

2. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Some services and products are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom services that have already been started or delivered.

  • Digital products or downloadable software that have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Ongoing subscriptions or maintenance services that have already been rendered.

3. Refund Process

If you think you are eligible for a refund follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your refund request including a description of the issue and your proof of purchase.

  2. We will review your request and let you know if your refund is approved or not within 7 business days.

  3. If approved the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the time frame please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider as it may take some time for the refund to show up.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund please email us at [email protected].

5. Cancellations

If you want to cancel a service before it has started you can do so by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellations are only accepted for services that have not yet begun or for products that have not been shipped. Once a service has started or a product has been shipped cancellation is not possible.

6. Exchanges

We will replace items or services if they are defective or not as described. If you need to exchange a product, please email us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected].
